Question of the Day: Question of the Day: Is there a struggle around any of your memories? With each struggle there’s always a glimmer of something positive or heartwarming.
What are your biggest insights or feelings as you begin to ‘feel’ into your story? Exercise: You probably have an inclination or a full blown story ready to put to paper. An experience, sensation, feeling moment or even a sense of acceptance of something unwanted. Whatever it is, you can begin to frame it into a story. First, gather your thoughts to create your story, beginning with an outline of events. That’s it. Within that outline, feel into a beginning, middle and end. Once you’ve got it in your mind, write it out. For example: You might have 3 or more sentences for the entire event, one sentence each for the beginning, middle, end. Then go back and add more within each sentence structure. A quick tip - you can be as general as you want with this. Tomorrow and the next few days, we’ll get into the heart of your stories. For now, simply concentrate on the skeleton. And….be sure to post your answers under the Day 2 thread.
